College Prep (Ages 16-21) – Our College Prep program is the most comprehensive program within one hundred miles of our facility. This program focuses on improving the weaknesses of competitive athletes while enhancing their strengths as well. Using the most current training techniques we are able to improve an athletes speed, strength and power in very little time. It is at this level of our program that athletes who are serious about their upcoming junior and senior years will learn the skills and everyday knowledge to take their ability to the next level. Athletes who have goals of playing in college or are currently in college train and tune their bodies to operate at a high level for the upcoming season.

  • Active Dynamic Warm Up- Used to increase blood flow and reduce the risk of injury
  • SL Stabilization/ Proprioception- Used to improve balance and coordination
  • Movement training- One hour of movement training designed to improve first step quickness, change of direction, and agility. In order to program or reprogram the motor patterns of athletes we teach the proper and proven movement mechanics which will not only improve performance but help prevent injuries.
  • Strength training- One hour of strength and power development focuses of first teaching proper form, joint stabilization, upper and lower body strength and power, and core activation. Once the acclimation phase of training is complete athlete is then individually progressed and challenged through more advanced exercises in all of the above categories. Each strength program is geared toward the predetermined goals of the athlete.
  • Nutrition- Nutrition plays the largest role in altering the body composition of an athlete. Monitoring food journals is just one way we can educate our athletes to make the right choices and ensure they get the most out of their training.
