Developmental (11-13) – Our developmental group is geared toward children looking to improve overall coordination, strength, and athletic ability. These 90 minute sessions include all of the highlights listed below and is structured for the more focused child. The longer sessions allow our coaches to spend more time teaching either movement or strength training skills.  These sessions consist of learning a variety of skills which are constantly being progressed and improved.

  • Active Dynamic Warm Up- Used to increase blood flow and reduce the risk of injury
  • SL Stabilization/ Proprioception- Used to improve balance and coordination
  • Movement training- Designed to improve first step quickness, change of direction, and agility
  • Strength training- Used to introduce proper form, joint stabilization, upper and lower body strength and power, and core activation
