Youth (Ages 7-10) – Our program focuses on teaching children the fundamentals of movement, flexibility and strength training. Learning the proper movement mechanics and training techniques at a young age can minimize imbalances, compensation patterns and other dysfunctions that often occur later in life. Session are 60 minutes long and include:
- Active Dynamic Warm Up- Used to increase blood flow and reduce the risk of injury
- SL Stabilization/ Proprioception- Used to improve balance and coordination
- Movement training- Designed to improve first step quickness, change of direction, and agility
- Strength training- Used to introduce proper form, joint stabilization, upper and lower body strength and power, and core activation
